Kincardine BIA, popularly known as Lakeside Downtown Kincardine as it sits just steps from the shore of Lake Huron, is an active collective of over 160 businesses. Lakeside Downtown Kincardine offers a range of products and services to our local community and visitors; all four seasons of the year. Kincardine is a small town with big charm that celebrates its rich Scottish heritage with a Pipe Band Parade every Saturday night in the summer attracting hundreds of onlookers. Kincardine is a warm and welcoming place, with shady parks, outdoor patios and a full calendar of cultural and entertaining events including the Scottish Festival and Highland Games, the Lighthouse Blues Festival and summer Cruise Nights. The Kincardine Centre for the Arts is home to the Bluewater Summer Playhouse, the Kincardine Theatre Guild and the Victoria Park Art Gallery and Gift Shop. Whether it's shopping, dining, accommodations, financial or health services you seek, Lakeside Downtown Kincardine has a member ready to serve you. As we say, “We’re Here for You!”
